In regards to the real property located at 4010 Finley Ave, Santa Rosa (aka Sonoma County APN 035-141-014)("Property"), now held in fee by Bilingual Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., I hereby request – pursuant to State of California Government Code Section 6250 et seq (aka the Public Records Act) – a copy of each and all of the following (i) any application, request, demand, or notice related – whether directly or indirectly – to (a) any temporary or permanent use, development, renovation, restoration, repair, or construction on or about the Property, or (b) any City, County of Sonoma ("County"), State of California ("State"), or United States ("US") review of same, or (ii) any communication – no matter the form; that is, whether electronic or hard copy; whether email, text, or letter – directly or indirectly related to any such application, request, demand, or notice. In particular, I am seeking "(i)", "(ii)", and "(i)" and "(ii)", where (a) the date of such application, request, demand, or notice, or communication is on or after 1 November 2018, (b) the application, request, demand, or notice, or communication is filed by, or on behalf of, (1) any person, group of persons, firm, entity, corporation, partnership, joint venture, or limited liability company – whether for-profit or non-profit – including, but not limited to, Sonoma Applied Village Services, The Living Home, Bilingual Broadcasting Foundation, Inc., Homeless Action!, J. Fearon (aka Gregory Fearon), Jerry Threet, Thomas Ells, Alicia Roman, or Alicia Sanchez, or (2) the City, County, State, or US, and (c) the application, request, demand, or notice, or communication regards (1) the City's review of such application, request, demand, or notice, (2) a waiver or waivers from CEQA, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, or any other City, County, State, or US law(s), regulation(s), or guideline(s), (3) use, development, construction, or placement of temporary or permanent housing, or (4) use, development, construction, or placement of a "village", "30 residential units", "emergency sleeping cabins", "40 tiny homes", "power (improvements)", "lighting (and other electrical improvements)", "underground electricity distribution", "water (improvements)", "sewer (improvements)", "sewer hook-up", "gravel and wood chips (or other surface improvements)", "a warming tent [sic] … that can shelter 16 (individuals)", "temporary tents", "(creation of a) driveway and parking lot", "leveling (or other surface grading work)", or any similar or derivative improvement and the like.
