The response from Water Billing is the following. We have attached a copy of our rate table for July 2019. This request can be closed.
Governmental entities are charged no differently than other rate classes. Attached is a rate table effective July 2019. When referencing the rate table, Government entities would be commercial and under the commodity rate for domestic use and under the dedicated irrigation rates for landscaping. Rates are updated once a year. The next rate increase is July 1, 2020.
