I am contacting you in regards to the in-progress demolition work occurring at 4090 & 4099 Walker Ave, and 1595 Meadow Lane.
Pusuant to the provisions of California Gov’t Code ss 6250-6270, the California Public Records Act, I am requesting copies of the following:
- Permits issued by City of Santa Rosa, and BAAQD for demolition of the referenced structures.
- Hazardous Material surveys taken at the referenced structures, including results of material sample testing.
Please provide the requested materials or, per s 6253(c), a timeline along which they will be made available by, no later than ten days from the date of this request.
Per s 6253.9(a), we ask that you provide the records in digital (PDF) format, which can be transmitted by email to me directly.
In the event City of Santa Rosa Dept of Transportation and Public Works is not in possession of records of this nature, I request copies of any record or records that contain information responsive to the purpose of this request - evidence of proper permitting protocol and compliance with California Codes and Law.
As a reminder, s 6253.1 instructs public agencies to “assist requester in finding records responsive to the purpose of the request”.
