Searching for documents authorizing the purchase of property related to the "Fourth Street - College Avenue Widening Project." The property was on the south banks of SR Creek streamed just opposite the present Hillside Inn Motel. The property was the Rincon Heights Autocourt with a main address of 3000 4th Street. I'm interested in knowing when the property was sold, who were the owners and the purchase price. The I'm guessing the property was purchased during the latter part of 1956 as the buildings were destroyed to make for the project sometime in March 1957 as documented by the Press Democrat.

I've searched the SR City Council minutes during that time period and could not find reference to change of ownership.

Finally, I believe the auto court was located outside the city limits as it had Rt 4, Box 387 Sonoma Hwy  as its address. Later it was changed to 3000 4th street perhaps after it was annexed to the city.

Thank you for your assistance.
