Permit B16-5958 for 2189 Lansbury St. expired on 11/29/2018, the City no longer has the plans on file. I have attached the Building Permit, you may want to reach out to the Contractor for plans.

A search for the requested records is being conducted. Assuming responsive records exist, the following affidavit process must be completed in order to obtain copies.

 

Building records may be inspected in the Planning & Economic Development Department, 100 Santa Rosa Avenue, Room 3 

 

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 
Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon

 

If you would like to inspect building plans, please make arrangements in advance by calling 707-543-3200 option 1.

 

To receive copies of construction plans, blue prints, architectural or engineer drawings, engineers’ calculations, soils reports, title 24, or other documents with a design professional license seal and or signature, a signed affidavit is required from the property owner and the professional(s) of record. DIRECTIONS for NON-Owners Requesting Duplication of Construction Plans

The property owner’s permission must be obtained before requesting permission from the design professional of record (architect/engineer).

Step 1. Obtain the property owner’s signature on the Authorization of Agent to Act on Property Owner’s Behalf form.

Step 2. Obtain the property owner’s signature on the Property Owner Affidavit form. Retain a copy of all completed forms for your records.  Return executed affidavits including proof of ownership to:
