I request any rule, regulation, order, or note, that allows the City to not provide to the public  written mail to the City Council to be shown on the Agenda under the Written Mail section on the agenda. I further request  that I  be provided a  copy of the summary of  the emails that supposedly are provided to the members of the Council before the meetings.

 

It appears to  me that there is a selection operation in  the City that only selected written mail is to be shown on the Agenda.

 

There is no evidence that emails  to he City Council ever reach the City Council as no responses from the City Council to letters to the City Council  have ever been received by me.
