I received another call from one of your counterparts about my request for house plans at 2166 Wedgewood Way Santa Rose, who said
that my architect and myself can sign for release of the plans. However if I sign for release, this reads that I would be in non-compliance, as the plans will not be used for rebuild, maintenance, operation or use of the property.
Would I still be in non-compliance, if I have a court order for release of the plans? Does this need to be run by your city attorney?
